Educational Opportunities Affiliates Program (EOAP)
The Educational Opportunities Affiliates Program (EOAP) provides an avenue for students not admitted through the EOP program or selected to the PAP program to take advantage of student support and academic services at the Office of Minority Student Affairs (OMSA). These include selected student athletes, as well as freshman and transfer students who need academic, personal, or transition assistance and support.
OMSA selects students for EOAP each year based upon academic need and available resources. To learn your eligibility for this program, fill out a “Needs Assessment Form” at the Office of Minority Student Affairs in the Fred H. Turner Student Services Building. The OMSA director will then review your application for potential admittance to the program.
