Registration
To Register:
The registration deadline is Friday, September 26th, 2008. Please do not make transportation arrangements until we confirm your registration!
Please keep the following in mind when using the online registration application:
- User ID's and Passwords are cleared each year, so you will need to get a new ID even if you had one last year.
- There is a limit of 15 applicants per group, with a maximum of 5 oral presenters and 5 poster presenters.
- There is a housing capacity of 600 people, so you are encouraged to register as early as possible. In the event that this capacity is reached, further applicants who require housing will be waitlisted.
- You have the option to register as an "Exhibitor" or "Group Manager" within the application. Register as an "Exhibitor" if you wish to attend the Graduate School Fair, but do not need to register other staff, faculty, or students from your institution. Register as a "Group Manager" if you need to register multiple staff members and students. Note that if you are a staff member registering for the Graduate School Fair as well, you may select this option within the staff registration form.
- You must complete all the required forms of a person's registration before the deadline in order for that person's registration to be complete.
- You must use the back and forward buttons provided in the application to navigate through the pages of the application. If you use the navigational buttons provided in your browser toolbar, the application will not collect your data correctly.
- Group Managers must complete the registration for all of their members before submitting payment information. After submitting the payment information form, you will not be able to make any changes to the members' registration forms.
- Similarly, Grad Fair exhibitors must complete all other sections before submitting the payment section. After submitting the payment section, you will not be able to make any changes to your registration.
